At Astrid, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns within 10 days of delivery.

Return Policy

• Within 10 days of the delivery date.
• Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.
• Non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• We DO NOT cover the return shipping fee, we also require a photo of the shipping label to issue a refund.

How to Return

• Contact us on from the button below and add your order number and reason for return.
• Create a shipping label with the address 107 Tycos Drive, North York, ON M6B 1W3, Unit #1 and send us a photo of the shipping label.

• 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
