At Astrid Clothing, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns. Please review our policy below:

Store Credit Only

  • All returns are issued as store credit in the form of a online credit code.

  • No cash or credit card refunds will be issued.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for store credit:

  1. Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery/purchase.

  2. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  3. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom orders

  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons)

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team on our contact us page with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and shipping details.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 15 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
